At GWM we strive to improve retirement outcomes for our plan sponsor clients and their employees through careful retirement plan design assistance, strategic and targeted communication and education, as well as continual monitoring of results. Be Well and Build Wealth are major themes we stress with our retirement plan clients. This holistic approach to participant education is customized to meet the needs of our retirement plan clients. We assist plan sponsors in recognizing if their plans are financial fit. Our assessment determines if participants are retirement ready. We believe plan trustees want to deliver cost efficient and practical retirement plans to drive better results. Financial fitness is linked to your physical fitness. Our team has developed a robust competency dealing with Professional Employee Organizations (PEO’s) and Multiple Employer Plans (MEP’s)
There are three basic standards of conduct that must be adhered to while educating retirement plan participants:
The Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation represents a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply the fiduciary Practices. Through fi360's AIF Training programs, AIF designees learn the Practices and the legal and best practice framework they are built upon. AIF designees have a reputation in the industry for the ability to implement a prudent process into their own investment practices as well as being able to assist others in implementing proper policies and procedures.
Our investment research is headed by Kevin Kehres, CFA. Kevin is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. A chartered financial analyst (CFA) is a globally-recognized professional designation given by the CFA Institute, (formerly the AIMR (Association for Investment Management and Research)), that measures and certifies the competence and integrity of financial analysts. Candidates are required to pass three levels of exams covering areas, such as accounting, economics, ethics, money management, and security analysis. Our research department updates and monitors over 10,000 mutual funds.
Goodworth Wealth Management employs a Fiduciary Monitoring system (FIRM), this software program is designed to generate ongoing investment analysis and produce fiduciary monitoring reports designed to meet the requirements set forth from the Department of Labor and adhere to ERISA standards.
Our Fiduciary Monitoring report may include six components:
